Acceptable Content Policy

This Acceptable Content Policy (Policy) sets the rules for material on Zikaya, a marketplace for independent creators' educational resources operated by Zikaya Ltd (Zikaya, we, us). It forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to files, document previews, titles, descriptions, profile content and any other submission (Content). Every uploader is responsible for having the necessary rights in their Content and for protecting people whose information may appear in it. The examples in this Policy are not exhaustive. Zikaya decides, in its sole discretion, whether Content is allowed, and whether to remove it, label it or restrict it.

1. Allowed material

Subject to having the rights to distribute it, creators may submit original class notes, study guides, summaries, lecture recaps, independently written practice questions and explanations, concept maps, flashcard source material, original case-based study guides and fictional or properly de-identified nursing care-plan examples. Material of an allowed type is not guaranteed to be published or to remain available.

2. Copyright and licensing

Do not upload unlicensed textbook scans or substantial extracts, copied commercial question banks, instructor-only materials, another creator's paid documents, lightly rearranged copies, unauthorized slide decks, restricted screenshots or files obtained by bypassing digital access controls. Attribution or a nonprofit or educational purpose does not by itself authorize uploading or selling another person's work. If you rely on a license or permission, we may ask you to provide evidence of it, and we may remove the Content if you do not.

3. Protected examinations

Original, independently written NCLEX-, TEAS-, HESI- or ATI-style practice questions may be acceptable when they are not copied or reconstructed from actual assessments. Do not upload live, leaked, recalled or purported exact exam items; proprietary exam or test-bank exports; protected answer keys; proctoring-system screenshots; or collections intended to circumvent assessment security. Descriptive third-party exam names do not imply affiliation or authorization.

4. Academic integrity

Do not use the marketplace to cheat on an active assessment, distribute stolen exams, arrange credential sharing or sell unauthorized active-answer sets. Independent exam preparation and review resources are permitted, subject to this Policy.

5. Patient privacy and other personal information

Do not publish identifiable patient information, private medical records, unlawfully disclosed student records, account passwords, payment credentials, government IDs or other private data without lawful authorization. Removing only a patient's name may not de-identify a case. Use fictional or effectively de-identified case data.

6. Honest listing and creator presentation

Accurately describe contents, format, source, authorship, edition, school or course connections and preview. Do not falsely suggest endorsement by a school, publisher or exam provider; exaggerate page count or content; or present an older document as an updated version. Creator display names must not impersonate anyone.

7. Duplicate and manipulative submissions

Do not submit empty, padded, substantially duplicate or copied uploads, or any upload made to farm Community Credits or to mislead search or purchasers. Zikaya may refuse, withhold or reverse Community Credit rewards for such uploads and restrict accounts involved in them. One document version may be listed in both authorized access channels without being treated as two separate original works.

8. File and platform safety

No malware, malicious links, password theft, files designed to compromise viewers, manipulated formats intended to evade checks, harassment, threats, unlawful discriminatory content or other illegal material. Follow the upload limits and security requirements shown when you upload.

9. Review and enforcement

Zikaya has no duty to monitor, pre-screen or review Content, and does not read, verify or certify every document. We may use technical checks, duplicate detection, spot checks, audits, reports and any other measures we choose. Publication is not a finding that Content is authorized, accurate or academically correct.

Where we reasonably suspect that Content or conduct breaches this Policy, the Terms of Service or the law, or creates a legal, safety or reputational risk, we may act at our discretion and without prior notice, including by rejecting or removing Content, requiring corrections, adding labels, disabling a version, reversing Community Credits, holding earnings as the Terms of Service and Creator Agreement allow, restricting features or suspending or ending accounts. Where the law requires, we will give notice, reasons and a way to contest a decision. Our choice of action, or our decision not to act, is not a finding of wrongdoing by anyone and does not waive our right to act later on the same or other Content.

10. Reporting issues

Use Report Content for suspected leaked exams, patient information, misleading material, unsafe files, copying or other violations. General reports may be made to [email protected]. Copyright owners or their authorized representatives should read the Copyright Policy and submit copyright concerns through the guided process described in the Copyright Policy. A general report is not a formal copyright notice. We decide how to respond to each report.

11. Creators' continuing responsibilities

Creators must keep their rights and source declarations accurate and respond promptly and truthfully to our questions. Our acceptance or publication of Content does not transfer any of the creator's responsibility to Zikaya. Creators must not re-upload removed or prohibited Content under another filename or account. Uploaded Content may be used as described in section 9 of the Terms of Service, including for artificial intelligence and to create derived materials.

12. Updates

Zikaya may change this Policy by publishing an updated version, with notice or renewed acceptance where the law requires. The updated Policy applies to all Content available on Zikaya from when it takes effect, including Content uploaded earlier. Changes do not alter purchases already completed, although enforcement under this Policy may affect access.
