Finding and Accessing Documents
Use the search box at the top of any page, or
browse nursing subjects. On
search results, filter by document type, access option and, under
More filters, by subject, school, exam or maximum price.
Yes. Each document page shows a description, the page count, the version and a partial preview of the first pages, along with every access option the creator has enabled.
Sign in to your account and open your acquired documents. Access is granted to the specific version included in your purchase or unlock.
Open
My Library and select
Download PDF. For security, each download link works for a few minutes; if one expires, open your library again.
Creators can publish a new edition of a document. You keep access to the version you acquired. Small corrections may update that version, but a major new edition needs a new acquisition.
Yes. Select
Save on a document page. Saved documents are listed in
My Library under
Saved.
Once you have access to a document, you can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and add a short comment on its page. You can edit your review later. Reviews are shown with your display name and can't include links or contact details.
Purchases and Refunds
Depending on the document and what is available in your country: by card, by M-Pesa, with Premium Credits, or, for Community Exchange documents, with Community Credits. The document page shows the options and prices before you pay.
As soon as the payment provider confirms your payment, usually within moments. With M-Pesa, approve the prompt on your phone and keep the page open until it confirms.
Give it a few minutes, then check
My Library. If it still isn't there, open
Orders in your library and select
Problem with this order?, or email
[email protected] with your order reference (it starts with ZK-).
You can contact support to request a refund review. Eligibility depends on the
Refund and Purchase Policy, the circumstances, and applicable consumer rights. The quickest way is
My Library → Orders → Problem with this order?
We email a receipt for each payment, and every order is listed in
My Library under
Orders.
Credits
Community Credits are earned through eligible published contributions and used in Community Exchange. Premium Credits come from paid sources or qualifying promotions and are used for eligible Premium Marketplace purchases.
Upload an original document. When it is accepted and published, you earn Community Credits. Exact duplicates of existing documents don't earn credits. See
How Credits Work.
With a Premium plan (monthly, quarterly or yearly) or a one-time top-up on the
Premium page. Credits are added only after a confirmed payment.
Community Credits don't expire while your account is active. Premium Credits from a plan are for use within that plan's term and expire at its end. Top-up Premium Credits don't expire. Promotional credits may have an expiry date shown when you receive them.
No. Credits can't be cashed out, sold, transferred to another person or converted between Community and Premium Credits.
Your balances are at the top of every page when you're signed in. Your full history is in
My Library under
Credit ledger.
Uploading Documents
Original study materials you created or have the right to share: notes, study guides, care plans with fictional or fully de-identified patients, practice questions you wrote, and more. PDF only, up to 100 MB. The
Acceptable Content Policy explains what isn't allowed.
Open the
Upload Studio, add your PDF, choose the type and details, and decide whether to share it in Community Exchange, sell it in the Premium Marketplace, or both.
Every upload runs technical checks before it is published. Most results are quick; some documents are reviewed further. You can follow the status in
Creator Studio. Not every submission is accepted.
Type it in the Upload Studio and choose Add. It is attached to your document and checked by our team before it appears publicly.
Yes. In Creator Studio, open the document to fix small mistakes, publish a new version, or hide it. People who already acquired it keep access.
Earnings and Payouts
Eligible earnings become available after the applicable clearing period. Payouts require at least $50 in available earnings and satisfaction of verification and other eligibility requirements.
In
Creator Studio → Payouts, add your PayPal email and open the confirmation link we send. Then request a payout from Creator Studio once you have at least $50 available.
Payouts pause for a short time after your payout email changes, to protect your earnings. They can also be on hold while a refund, dispute or compliance matter is resolved. Creator Studio shows the reason.
You're responsible for taxes on your earnings. Add your tax details in
Creator Studio → Payouts; we may ask for them before paying out. They're encrypted and never shown publicly.
